Effective July 15, 2026. This is a small beta app, not a large company -- this document is written in plain language to accurately describe what the app actually does. It is not formal legal advice, and if this app ever grows beyond a small trusted beta, it should get real legal review before that happens.
This app is independently built and operated. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Walmart Inc. or the Spark Driver platform in any way.
Your account's data is private and isolated from other users by default. The app's administrator can view account data solely to provide support -- for example, if you submit a bug report or ask a question through the in-app Feedback system. Administrator access is not used to browse user data without a reason to.
Data is stored on a single server, encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords and security answers are hashed, not stored in readable form. Backups are taken regularly. That said: no system is perfectly secure, this is beta software run by one person, and while reasonable care is taken, we can't guarantee data will never be lost or exposed. Don't log anything here you wouldn't be comfortable with a support request accidentally exposing to the admin.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the in-app Feedback system -- your shifts, offers, uploads, and account itself will be permanently removed. This can't be undone once processed.
Features may change or be removed. Bugs happen. There's no uptime guarantee. Analytics, tax estimates, and mileage deduction figures shown in the app are estimates for your own reference, not professional tax or financial advice -- verify anything that matters with a real tax preparer before filing.
This document may be updated as the app changes. Material changes will be presented for re-acknowledgement the next time you log in.
Reach out through the in-app 💬 Feedback system -- no email needed.
